We can help you achieve the protection of the court to safeguard yourself and/or your children from violence and harm. In circumstances where such action is required we will act swiftly on your behalf. We do much of our advocacy ourselves but when necessary we have immediate access to some of the most competent barristers in the country.

If you are frightened of your partner or spouse and believe that you or your children may be subjected to violent behaviour it is worth checking the phone number of your local domestic violence unit and having this to hand perhaps in your mobile phone so that you can call it very quickly if needed. Unfortunately violent incidents rarely happen during office hours. The police will be able to give immediate information about the appropriate steps to take.
