KGW Family Law offers a bespoke service, dealing with the divorce process on your behalf as Petitioner (the person who issues the proceedings) from start to finish at a cost of £1,750 inclusive of VAT and Court fee (£593).

It should be noted that the costs of the divorce process are entirely separate from any costs relating to resolution of financial matters or issues regarding children. A separate cost estimate will be provided if this service is required.

For those who have agreed how to proceed with the process of divorce or where it is important for cost to be kept to an absolute minimum KGW Family Law offers an online divorce service which can be accessed via our website. The process does not include the provision of advice, but merely assistance alongside the divorce proceedings. The cost of this service is £850 inclusive of VAT and Court fee (£593).
