All solicitors must attempt to resolve problems that arise with their services. It is therefore important that you immediately raise any concerns you may have with us. We value our clients and would not wish to think that you have any reason to be unhappy with us. We try to resolve any problem quickly and operate an internal complaints handling procedure for that purpose.
If you feel that you have cause for complaint you should contact Karin Walker and we shall arrange a free of charge meeting to discuss the complaint with you. We would ask that, in advance of that meeting, you set out the detail of your complaint in writing.
