KGW Divorce Online is designed to assist those who are ready to issue divorce proceedings in order to bring their marriage to a conclusion in a time efficient and cost effective way.
The process is based on the proceedings being undefended. This means that you and your spouse have agreed that your marriage should be brought to conclusion. You may not have agreed how financial matters should be resolved and you may have outstanding issues regarding the children. This does not mean however that you are not in agreement in relation to your divorce process which is purely procedural.
Please note that if there is an issue over whether England & Wales is the correct jurisdiction for the issue proceedings, this service would not be appropriate for you.
